The Holy Cross Educators Conference, held from May 2nd to 4th at the Provincial House in Agartala, brought together school leaders from HCEF institutions to reflect on emerging trends in education. The resource persons, Mr. Emmanuel Braggs and Mr. Sanjay Radhakrishnan, conducted insightful sessions on Service Rules for HCEF, NEP-aligned pedagogical trends, leadership frameworks, motivation models, and managing stakeholder expectations involving parents, teachers, and students. Other key topics included innovation, digital leadership, institutional vision and culture, and effective leadership in public institutions. The conference theme—Imagine, Innovate, Inspire—captured the forward-looking spirit of school leadership in a rapidly evolving educational landscape.
